Refund Policy

At Dollish House Bakery, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Custom Orders

•Due to the nature of custom-made and personalized products, all sales are final.

•Refunds are not available for custom cakes, customized gift boxes, or personalized products once production has started.

Order Cancellation

•Orders cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date may be eligible for a refund or store credit.

•Orders cancelled less than 48 hours before delivery are non-refundable.

Damaged Orders

•If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery and provide clear photos.

•After review, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, store credit, or another suitable solution.

Incorrect Orders

•If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery.

Refund Processing

•Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
